A: This lamp is 120 volt which means it wires straight to a j-box and it comes with the canopy and it can be placed on a vaulted ceiling.

Q: Several reviewers talk about a clear plastic tube that helps keep the cord to this fixture straight. Do you have this?

A: Some selected items come with a cord cover to help it hang straight. But this paticular item does not have it included and the manufacturer does not sell that part seperately.
